Easy Livin provides a rental property discovery, enquiry, visit scheduling, and tenant assistance platform for Bangalore. We help users discover listings, compare options, and coordinate with owners, agents, or authorised representatives.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate contact details, use the platform lawfully, attend scheduled visits responsibly, independently verify suitability before entering any rental agreement, and avoid misuse, scraping, harassment, or fraudulent activity.
3. Listing Accuracy
We aim to keep property information accurate and current, including rent, deposit, availability, furnishing, amenities, and location. However, property details may change without notice. Users should verify final terms directly before making commitments or payments.
4. Owner and Contact Information
Certain owner or representative details may be hidden until login, verification, or enquiry. Users must not misuse contact information obtained through Easy Livin.
5. Payments and Agreements
Unless expressly stated, Easy Livin is not a party to rental agreements between tenants and owners. Rent, deposits, maintenance, brokerage, documentation, and handover terms must be confirmed in writing with the relevant parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Easy Livin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, listing changes, owner decisions, third-party conduct, property defects, or disputes arising from rental agreements, except as required under applicable law.
7. Platform Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, listings, or services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
8. Intellectual Property
The Easy Livin name, branding, design, content, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Urbanex Technologies Private Limited. Users may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
