Cancellation & Refund Policy

Easy Livin (Urbanex Technologies Private Limited) provides real estate brokerage and advisory services in Bangalore. Our brokerage fee is charged for facilitation services rendered upon successful closure of a rental transaction.

Brokerage Fee

Once a property has been confirmed by the client and a token advance has been paid, the brokerage fee becomes non-refundable. Easy Livin will have rendered its core services - property search, site visits, negotiation, and transaction coordination - prior to confirmation.

Token Advance

Token amounts paid to Easy Livin are non-refundable upon client confirmation of a property. If the property becomes unavailable due to reasons solely attributable to the owner, Easy Livin will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable alternative at no additional charge.

No Cancellation After Confirmation

Once a rental transaction is confirmed by the client, no cancellation is accepted. Clients are advised to make informed decisions before confirming a property.
